Registration forms for the 2009 AutoXpo will be made available in February of 2009.
This page will have a PDF format registration available, or you may request one
by mail. Requests for registration prior to availability will not be answered.
NOTICE TO OUR VENDORS
Fortuna Redwood AutoXpo has been notified by the California State Board of
Equalization that any party selling anything at our show must hold a valid
California Seller's Permit. We are required to verify with the state that the
permits are valid prior to allowing any party to sell anything at our show or we
face a fine of $1,000 per violation. Consequently, all sellers are required to
provide us with their Seller's Permit Number on or before July 1, 2008 in order
to allow us time to verify that the number is valid. Last year we found that
several numbers were expired, invalid, or not registered to the seller using
them. No matter who you are - a church group or service club selling food
Downtown, a crafter selling crafts at the Pavilion, a dealer selling antiques at
the Vet's Building, or an individual selling car parts at the Swap Meet - You
Must All Have Seller's Permits! You may apply at any State Board of Equalization
Field Office or by mail. Forms are available on-line at
www.boe.ca.gov or for more information call
them at 800-400-7115.
Please include a copy of your Permit with your Registration or mail it to us on
or before July 1, 2009.
